Tyler D. Bowman, ARA, is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.  Mr. Bowman has been the managing owner and operator of AgVantage Appraisal since 2007 and has been in appraisal industry since 1999.  AgVantage Appraisals offers appraisal and consulting services specializing in Agriculture, Rural and Recreational Properties.

Mr. Bowman has appraised a wide variety  of property types in the Pacific Northwest, including dryland grain farms, ranches, recreational properties, irrigated farms, part-time farms, timber properties, permanent plantings, conservation easements, wetland reserve easements, flowage easement encumbered properties and properties with wind development.  Mr. Bowman also offers services regarding mediation and testifying in court.
