Professional Affiliation:  Tyler D. Bowman holds the Accredited Rural Appraiser Designation with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. This designation is awarded by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) to those members who have logged years of experience, are technically trained, have passed rigid examination, and subscribe to a high code of ethics.  This acknowledges that Tyler D. Bowman is a competent, agricultural, commercial, and rural appraiser.  Mr. Bowman is also a current board member of the Washington Chapter of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.

Property Types Appraised:  Mr. Bowman has experience appraising a wide variety of property types.  The predominant property types include the following: dryland grain farms, ranches, recreational properties, irrigated farms, part-time farms, timber properties and permanent plantings.

Special Property Types: Mr. Bowman has appraised a significant amount of Conservation Easement, Wetland Reserve Easement, and Flowage Easement Encumbered Properties under the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions.  Mr. Bowman is also experienced in appraising property with wind developments.

Expert Witness & Mediation: Mr. Bowman has been involved with numerous mediation proceedings along with experience testifying as an expert witness in court.
